(ISC2), and has been a former product developer for international information system security providers. He has consulted for over 25 years to clients in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia, the Caribbean and here in the United States.

Mr Hall is one of only twelve Industry members of the Joint Group for Web Initiatives (JG-WI), a United States Department of Defence (US DoD) committee to institutionalize web-enabling initiatives across the DoD
